Kanga's travels
I have had the most amazing few months.
I went to Paris with Jetske and had the most wonderful time.
I visited the cafe des Deux Moulins which was in the movie 'Amelie', saw Moulin Rouge, and saw the beautiful Sacre Couer Church. I visited the Pere Lachaise cemetery and saw Chopin's grave, as well as edith Piaf, Jim Morrison and Sarah Bernhardt's.
Back in Goes I had a wonderful time looking at the harbour and then it was time to
travel to Assen.
Assen with Letje.
I arrived here on 6th September and sang Waltzing Matilda to Letje and her son, which was funny, because my Mum had no idea I could do that.
I went to Eurochamp and had my photo taken with the Aussie Timothy Sullivan who won the 100 meters run.
In Assen I met Bartje and had my photo taken with his statue. Maybe brown beans are not too bad after all.
Norway with Letje
I went to a fjiord, visited Stavanger, and climbed a mountain.
I even sent Mum a postcard from Norway with my own photo on it. She was very excited to get that.
Hungary with Kriszti
Aren't I well travelled?
I am the happiest Kanga.
My trip to Budapest was very good and Kriszti met me and took me home with her.
I met some great friends there.
On 16th November I went on the metro and Kriszti and her friend Dori took me shopping.
We explored the city and climbed Gellert Hill where I saw all the beautiful colours of Autumn.
My photo's can be seen in my thread.
Mum has been having such trouble trying to get things to my blog, so if she is slow, please read more about me in my thread.
When I am home, Mum will make a little booklet all about my trip for each of you.
I went to Austria with Kriszti too, and I am now in Finland.
